My specialty is new products. I don't hand off between stages: I run the whole pipeline myself, from the first hypothesis to a product customers rely on, and then scale it.

Led global product strategy for a platform moving time-critical shipments, with AI/ML automation at its core.
- Helped grow revenue and margin roughly 5× since 2021.
- Built an automated flight booking tool that books directly with airlines via API: over 500k bookings and about 16,000 manual hours saved a year.
- Launched a partner network that replaced email, with over 4 million interactions since 2024.
- Delivered the world's first fully hands-off airfreight shipment through routing, booking and dispatch automation, followed by 70k more.
- Product lead for the Aerospace & Defense sector, and built and mentored a team of 7 engineers.

Technical and commercial lead for tier-1 automotive and semiconductor customers, running machine learning on resource-constrained devices.
- Built the DACH business from zero, including founding the German GmbH.

About
I'm drawn to the hard problems others work around, and I solve them with systems that scale instead of workarounds that don't. As a full-stack product manager I test hypotheses, build prototypes, design system architecture and watch post-launch KPIs myself, then take the work to customers, partners and executives through demos, sales calls and onboarding.
